This week's featured restaurant is The Nook in Mullumbimby. Their specialty is broth and hot pots as well as vegetarian and vegan fare. Their falafels are probably the best in town.
This month's featured chef is Graeme Stockdale from the Stockpot Kitchen in Lismore. Among his many other delicacies, their crack chicken and smoked ribs stack up to anything Texas can throw at ya.
